What reviewers mention · AI summary
Genesis Dental consistently earns strong marks for clinical care and staff warmth, with numerous patients praising Dr. Peet's skill and hygienists like Deena for their attentiveness and handling of anxiety. The 4.8 rating across 906 reviews reflects genuine satisfaction from the vast majority of patients. One recent review raised concerns about booking and customer service issues, including an AI phone system and delayed callback response during an emergency—though this appears isolated rather than a common complaint pattern.
