Section 1

Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using TrailBlaze Utah, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use the website.

These terms apply to visitors, users, businesses, listing owners, and anyone interacting with TrailBlaze Utah through the website, forms, listings, or related services.

Section 2

Use of the Website

You agree to use TrailBlaze Utah only for lawful purposes and in a way that does not harm the website, its users, or listed businesses.

You may not misuse forms, attempt unauthorized access, interfere with site functionality, copy protected content without permission, or use the website for spam, fraud, or misleading activity.

Section 3

Business Listings

TrailBlaze Utah may display business names, addresses, phone numbers, websites, categories, descriptions, images, and other business-related information in public listings.

We may create, edit, organize, or remove listings at our discretion to improve directory quality, accuracy, structure, and user experience.

If you claim or manage a listing, you are responsible for ensuring the information you provide is accurate, current, and authorized.

Directory listing information — including information sourced from public records or third-party data providers rather than submitted directly by the business — is provided "as-is" and for general informational purposes only. We work to keep listings accurate and review changes before they go live, but we do not guarantee that any listing is complete, current, or error-free. If you find inaccurate information about a business, including your own, use the "Report an Issue" link in the site footer or contact us so we can correct it.

Section 4

Claimed and Premium Listings

Businesses that claim or upgrade a listing may receive access to additional features, promotional placement, improved listing sections, media, offers, or other visibility tools.

TrailBlaze Utah reserves the right to adjust listing features, page layouts, category placement, and service offerings as the platform grows.

Section 5

User Content and Submissions

If you submit information, text, images, videos, business details, or other materials, you represent that you have the right to share that content and allow TrailBlaze Utah to use it in connection with the website and related services.

We may remove or refuse content that is inaccurate, misleading, inappropriate, unlawful, low quality, or inconsistent with the goals of the platform.

Section 6

Third-Party Links and Services

TrailBlaze Utah may link to third-party websites, maps, booking platforms, social media pages, review platforms, payment tools, or other external services.

We are not responsible for the content, accuracy, availability, or practices of third-party services.

Section 7

No Guarantee of Results

TrailBlaze Utah is designed to improve visibility, discovery, and business presentation, but we do not guarantee rankings, leads, traffic, sales, bookings, or business results.

Any examples of outcomes, growth, or performance are illustrative and will vary depending on business quality, competition, market conditions, and other factors.

Section 8

Payments and Service Terms

If you purchase listing upgrades, website services, marketing support, or related business tools, additional terms, pricing details, and service scope may apply.

Unless otherwise stated, fees are non-refundable once work has started, assets have been created, or listing upgrades have been activated.

Section 9

Intellectual Property

The TrailBlaze Utah website, branding, design, layout, text, graphics, and original content are owned by TrailBlaze Utah or used with permission and may not be copied, reproduced, or redistributed without authorization.

Business names, logos, and trademarks displayed in listings remain the property of their respective owners.

Section 10

AI-Assisted Content

Portions of TrailBlaze Utah — including some directory listing descriptions, city and category pages, blog content, ad creative suggestions, and the on-site chat assistant — are created or drafted with the help of artificial intelligence tools. AI-assisted content is reviewed by our team as part of our normal publishing process before it goes live, but AI-generated text and suggestions can still contain errors.

If you are a paying client of our website, marketing, or AI services and any deliverable we provide you was created wholly or partly using AI tools, we will tell you which parts. Under current U.S. copyright law, purely AI-generated material (with no meaningful human creative authorship) generally cannot receive its own copyright registration — this can affect your ability to claim exclusive ownership of that specific material. We encourage you to raise any questions about authorship or ownership of a specific deliverable with us before purchase, and any AI-assisted deliverable is subject to your review and approval before final delivery.

Section 11

Copyright Complaints (DMCA)

TrailBlaze Utah respects the intellectual property rights of others and expects users, businesses, and content sources to do the same. If you believe content appearing on TrailBlaze Utah — including a business photo, description, or other material — infringes your copyright, you may submit a notice under the Digital Millennium Copyright Act (17 U.S.C. § 512) to our designated Copyright Agent.

Your notice should include: (1) a physical or electronic signature of the copyright owner or authorized agent; (2) identification of the copyrighted work claimed to have been infringed; (3) identification of the material claimed to be infringing and information reasonably sufficient to locate it (e.g., the listing or page URL); (4) your contact information (address, phone number, email); (5) a statement that you have a good-faith belief the use is not authorized; and (6) a statement, under penalty of perjury, that the information in the notice is accurate and that you are the copyright owner or authorized to act on their behalf.

Copyright Agent: TrailBlaze Utah — [email protected]. We will respond to valid notices and, where appropriate, remove or disable access to the reported material. A party whose content is removed may submit a counter-notice under the same statute; we will forward valid counter-notices to the original complainant.

Section 12

Disclaimer

TrailBlaze Utah is provided on an 'as is' and 'as available' basis without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied.

We do not guarantee uninterrupted access, complete accuracy, or error-free performance.

Section 13

Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, TrailBlaze Utah and its owners, affiliates, partners, and service providers are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of your use of the website or related services.

Your use of the site is at your own risk.

Section 14

Termination or Removal

We reserve the right to suspend, restrict, remove, or terminate access to the website, listings, submitted content, or services at our discretion, especially in cases involving abuse, inaccuracy, fraud, or policy violations.

Section 15

Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Utah, without regard to its conflict-of-laws principles.

Any dispute not resolved under the Dispute Resolution section below will be brought exclusively in the state or federal courts located in Utah, and you consent to personal jurisdiction and venue there.

Section 16

Dispute Resolution

If a dispute arises out of or relates to these Terms or your use of TrailBlaze Utah, we encourage you to first contact us directly through the contact page so we can try to resolve it informally.

If a dispute cannot be resolved informally, either party may bring an individual claim in the courts identified in the Governing Law section above. To the extent permitted by law, disputes will be resolved on an individual basis, and you agree not to bring or participate in a class, consolidated, or representative action against TrailBlaze Utah.

Section 17

Severability

If any provision of these Terms is found to be unenforceable or invalid, that provision will be limited or eliminated to the minimum extent necessary, and the remaining provisions will remain in full force and effect.

Section 18

Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Updated versions will be posted on this page with a revised "Last updated" date at the top.

Continued use of the website after changes are posted means you accept the revised terms.

Section 19
