Customer Reviews
I found out about plunder too late . I live in Arkansas . I brought a load of jewelry off a lady from Texas omg I’m in love so sad to hear you all closed this is so my style.
I had a wonderful visit!! Couldn’t ask for a more friendly staff! They took a few mins out of their day to show this Arkansas gal around. I’m a HUGE plunder fan so this was a really big deal to me! Thank you mrs Hillary for your hospitality!
Super cool ladies making some really neat jewellery. If you are looking for a unique gift then they can personalize about anything for you and make it an unforgetable gift. Good quality and great service they will take great care of you.

Our research
We check what Google and the business's own website say, and whether the details match. It's all here in one place, so you don't have to go searching.

What reviewers mention · AI summary
Plunder Design has a mixed reputation, with customers divided on product durability and quality. Some report loving the designs and receiving personalized service from friendly staff, while others describe jewelry that breaks easily, loses stones, or discolors with wear—and say customer service was unhelpful when they sought replacements beyond the 90-day warranty window. The business appears to have closed its physical location, though some reviews reference past in-store visits.

What this score doesn't tell you
We don't measure the quality of the work itself, what a job will cost, or whether a business is licensed and insured. Ask for proof of license and insurance before you hire anyone, and get more than one quote.
