Customer Reviews
Took my 4 month old puppy for her first time to get bathe, nails trimmed, and ears cleaned. She was nervous but Carli was great in taking care of her and even put a decorative bandana on her. Will be taking my puppy back regularly for her doggy beauty appointment. Would definitely recommend, prices were great.
I am glad that I found Nails and Tails for my dog. They are very reasonable with their prices and they do a great job. I trust them completely with my dog.
I absolutely love Nails and Tails Dog Grooming! They do a phenomenal job with both of my dogs — a Labradoodle and a Miniature American Shepherd — and every single time they come home they are unbelievably soft, perfectly clean, and smell amazing. The shop itself is adorable, right on Old Main Street in Payson, and you can feel the care the moment you walk in. The owner is incredibly kind, professional, and truly treats every dog like her own. There’s a level of personal attention here that is hard to find. I know people who literally drive hours just to bring their dogs here — and honestly, I completely understand why. The quality, the care, and the personal touch are unmatched. SO worth it. I wouldn’t trust my dogs with anyone else! Highly, highly recommend 🐾💛

What reviewers mention · AI summary
Nails & Tails Dog Grooming earns strong customer satisfaction, with most reviews praising the quality of grooming, reasonable pricing, and personal attention from owner Carli and her team. Customers consistently report dogs coming home soft, clean, and well-cared-for, and appreciate the welcoming shop atmosphere on Old Main Street in Payson. A small number of reviews mention concerns about injury accountability—one customer reported a deep cut sustained during grooming that required veterinary care, and felt the groomer's initial response lacked appropriate acknowledgment of the incident. Overall, the business appears to deliver solid, reliable service to most customers.
