Took my 4 month old puppy for her first time to get bathe, nails trimmed, and ears cleaned. She was nervous but Carli was great in taking care of her and even put a decorative bandana on her. Will be taking my puppy back regularly for her doggy beauty appointment. Would definitely recommend, prices were great.

I absolutely love Nails and Tails Dog Grooming! They do a phenomenal job with both of my dogs — a Labradoodle and a Miniature American Shepherd — and every single time they come home they are unbelievably soft, perfectly clean, and smell amazing. The shop itself is adorable, right on Old Main Street in Payson, and you can feel the care the moment you walk in. The owner is incredibly kind, professional, and truly treats every dog like her own. There’s a level of personal attention here that is hard to find. I know people who literally drive hours just to bring their dogs here — and honestly, I completely understand why.
