I’ve used Mountain Home Services over the years for my air conditioners but recently decided to try both their plumbing and electric services as well. They have been excellent! Ryan and Trevor came out to take a look at my water softener and were extremely courteous and knowledgeable as they made sure it was working correctly. They also answered additional plumbing questions that I had. Makenzi from their electrical side was equally knowledgeable and courteous about an outside lighting issue and solved the problem. I will definitely keep using all of the services they offer!
Bryce and Josue showed up today and got everything running top notch with our air conditioner. They are fast, friendly and knowledgeable. Would definitely recommend…and I won’t wait so long to change the filter next time!
Ryan came and he was amazing. Super kind, helpful and TOTALLY service oriented. His is my first experience with Mountain Home Services, after trying many others, and this was by far my best experience. I think what I loved most was that he was efficient and fast, without being dismissive or curt. He took time to answer my questions, explain options, and educated me on things I didn’t even ask for. Clearly goes out of his way for quality. And after earning my trust personally, when I commented on it, he sincerely advocated for the company and explained their commitment to quality and service and explained that this is the reason he chooses to them. So yeah, 5 stars at minimum.
