Customer Reviews
I called Smedleys because my air conditioner was not cooling and reached 84 degrees in my house. They came out the same day and fixed my air conditioner. It was fast ,convenient, and Jared was courteous and professional. Thank you. I will definitely call again.
Lane replaced our leaky water heater that was still under manufacturer warranty. He was great to work with, professional and explained everything really well. We have used Smedley’s services prior and have had zero issues.
First off Layne did a fantastic job removing our old water heater and installing our new one. I'm sure it was a pain with a 20 year old water heater coming out and upgrading to a 50 gallon. My only disappointment was not knowing our new water heater needed to be serviced every year to maintain the 10 year warranty and needing to pay extra for earthquake straps. Layne was great explaining everything. I guess I should've asked when I called so I wasn't surprised. Thanks!

Smedley Service earns strong marks for responsive, same-day service and courteous technicians who explain their work clearly. Customers consistently praise staff like Jared and Layne for professionalism and efficiency, particularly on air conditioning and water heater jobs. A small number of reviews note that some warranty requirements (like annual maintenance or earthquake straps) weren't fully spelled out upfront, though technicians handled the explanations well when asked.
