Studio On State - Orem

What reviewers mention · AI summary

Studio On State maintains strong customer satisfaction, with many clients praising individual stylists like Kaitlyn, Sydney, and Harmony for skilled color work and haircuts. However, a notable complaint in the reviews concerns stylist turnover and difficulty booking with the same person or getting continuity of care when stylists leave—one customer reported multiple failed attempts to rebook after their stylist departed and felt let down by the salon's responsiveness. A minor issue also appears around billing accuracy, though the salon did ultimately resolve it. Most customers report good experiences, but consistency with stylist retention seems to be a real operational challenge.
