WOW doesn’t quite capture how impressed we are with this company. From start to finish, the experience was outstanding. Eric, our technician, took the time to carefully listen to every concern we had—including scorpions—and addressed each one with patience and expertise. His attention to detail, deep knowledge of pest control treatments (especially how they affect pets), and overall customer-first attitude truly set him apart. It’s rare to find a company where professionalism, knowledge, and genuine care all come together so seamlessly. We felt confident, informed, and completely taken care of. We highly recommend this company to anyone looking for top-tier service and peace of mind.
Eric and his team are amazing. I have hired the pest-bros and their companies and there is always something that either goes wrong or the service is not as effective as I think it should be. I call up Southwest and not only does he educate me, but he solves the problem. I honestly think no one else is as knowledgeable or educated in the pest industry in Southern Utah. It is one thing to know how to treat pests, it is an entirely different thing to know why pests act the way they do and then treat that. I kid you not, Eric studied the ants on my counter...watching them to see when they were marking their path. Who does that!? A pest assassin, that's who. I understand that everyone has their preferences, but you should at least give Southwest a call to get their opinion. Best case scenario, hire them. You won't regret it.
After figuring out the best way to communicate I found Erik was incredibly knowledgeable, helpful and responsive in mitigating the disaster of pests and rodents in my home. His knowledge was not that of a quickly trained sales-bro, but of someone who deeply understands this industry and how to manage different challenges that arise in homes. His prices are fair and reasonable. We had a huge problem which caused extensive damage in our home. And feel like this is going to be a perfect solution. Here is some of the damage that had been done. They found the point of entry in my home and have prevented any more rats from getting in.
