Customer Reviews
I had such a wonderful experience at Sego Lily Spa! I enjoyed a massage, facial, and pedicure, and each service was absolutely lovely. Everyone was warm, welcoming, and professional, and I felt completely relaxed and cared for from start to finish. The massage was incredibly relaxing, the facial left my skin feeling refreshed and glowing, and the pedicure was the perfect finishing touch. It was such a wonderful day of pampering and self-care! I highly recommend Sego Lily Spa and will definitely be back. ❤️
I had Hannah giving me a massage today, and she was AMAZING!!! The best massage I’ve had in 10 years- and as good as the one I’ve been comparing all massages to. I love that she’s local- I will definitely be going back to her:)
I got a wonderful gift card for my birthday from many dear people. I had a peaceful experience. My sister told me everything they had available. The front office person gave me a quick tour and told me to get ready so they would get me and to have snacks and tea on my way out. She told me to stay as long as I wanted to. I left earlier than I wanted to because I had other things scheduled. They had many different snacks, teas, and waters. It was absolutely wonderful. They have a fireplace where you can enjoy your tea or different water options along with snacks. They have two saunas, showers, and everything needed to get ready before you leave. You can even do your hair before you leave if you would like, and they supply everything you will need.

What reviewers mention · AI summary
Sego Lily Spa has a strong track record, with most customers reporting relaxing, well-executed treatments and welcoming staff. A small number of reviews mention operational issues—including a cancellation-fee dispute, lack of advance notice about a discontinued service, plumbing noise during treatment, and front-desk delays—along with frustration over automatic gratuity policies and pricing clarity. The treatment quality and therapists themselves consistently receive praise even in mixed experiences.
