Customer Reviews
The staff is very friendly and attentive. I am able to get appointments in a timely manner. They have payment plans available and will work with you to get you in a plan that works for you. They also take care credit. Ale Woodford has done my cleanings and she is very caring and proficient. I had Dr. Bikhazi do my oral surgery, she helped me feel very comfortable about the procedure explaining things as we went along. Great experience with sandy modern dentistry
I have a phobia of dentists, and this office has been incredible. Everyone is so empathetic and understanding of my fear. They've let me take breaks in the middle of procedures, offered helpful suggestions to make appointments easier, and always explain what's happening before they do anything. Their patience and compassion have made a huge difference, and I highly recommend them to anyone with dental anxiety.
My visit to Sandy Modern Dentistry was a great experience from my initial contact and exam with Dr. Butterfield to my oral surgery experience with Dr. Bikhazi. Every aspect was pleasant and painless. With my “white coat syndrome” they took every measure to make sure I felt comfortable. Sandy Modern Dentistry has the most up to date equipment and services which made the experience so much better than my past dental work done at other offices. I was truly impressed and am looking forward to my future dental plans we have made to ensure my oral health is great.

We check what Google and the business's own website say, and whether the details match. It's all here in one place, so you don't have to go searching.

What reviewers mention · AI summary
Sandy Modern Dentistry earns a 4.3-star rating across 280 reviews, reflecting generally satisfied patients alongside some significant concerns. Strengths include friendly staff, flexible scheduling, payment plans, and dentists who excel at managing anxious patients with clear communication and compassion. However, a notable complaint pattern emerges about aggressive upselling of expensive treatments—including deep cleanings, laser therapy, Invisalign, and crowns—often presented with pressure tactics and framed as necessary even when patients question their necessity; some reviewers also report cleanliness concerns in treatment areas.
