Delicious food and ice cream!! The “queen” and the “prince” (her son) were incredibly welcoming and delightful to meet after a long drive up from Vegas. Although this place is take-out focused and has no indoor seating, they genuinely made me feel like family/at home!
Met the owner by chance, a wonderful woman, and had to stop by. Her son was so incredibly kind and a diligent worker! My father and I got the pastrami and philly steak. And when you look up other places to see their food and get disappointed by the amount you do get? Not here! They are true to their photos! The meat was perfectly cooked/seasoned and the service was impeccable! This is a gem in Payson! I will be recommending Sandwich Queen to everyone I know! You will too after you try it!
A couple friends and I wandered in by chance and didn't know what to expect. We spoke with the owner and were pleased with the menu. The sandwich choices aren't generic like something like Jimmy Johns. The sandwiches were a bit smaller than expected, but so were the prices. I considered them a good deal, especially considering the amount of meat and how great they tasted. What I also didn't expect was ice cream, which was a fantastic dessert. The hours are a bit limited since they close early, so get there before 5pm if you want a great tasting sandwich.
