Customer Reviews
I was losing tire pressure quickly as I was pulling into Payson. I drove straight to Tire Pros. They were able to get me in and plugged the tire from the screw that I picked up. Thanks for the great service.
I was traveling through from out of state my motorcycle trailer needed a couple tires Ron did not have them. I bought them at tractor supply because they were needed and tractor supply would not take my old ones. But Ron did.! I went in and asked reluctantly because they did not sell me the tires, but they were glad to help! There reply was thank you for just not leaving them anywhere! recommend them to anyone! Nice people!
These guys were awesome. They were able to easily repair a nail hole in my tire when another tire shop (big o) would not repair it. It's clear these guys were super honest and not trying to upsell, which I really appreciated. I'll certainly be coming here from now on for anything we need done.

What reviewers mention · AI summary
Ron Gordon's Tire Pros earns strong satisfaction across a large customer base, with reviewers consistently praising honest, straightforward service and willingness to help even when it's outside their direct interest. Staff are noted for declining to upsell and taking on repairs or services other shops refused. One customer reported a significantly delayed emissions test on a Saturday with poor communication about wait times and inconsistent friendliness from some staff, though this appears isolated in the broader feedback.
