I had the most amazing experience today and coming from a person that really doesn’t like to go the dentist is saying a lot! It’s been a good five years since I went the last time, My front tooth fell apart while I was eating, leaving me with this gapping hole, not so pretty if you know what I mean. Of course it had to happen during the week that my family is visiting out of town. I called hoping to get in sometime, towards the end of the week.Their amazing receptionist, I think her name was Mandy, heard about my situation and said they had an opening at 11:00 am that dayI Wow!! I couldn’t believe it!! I was so thrilled! They were so caring and understanding. There was no judgment just love and kindness! Dr. Albrechtsen put in a temporally fix, so I looked great in the family pictures and helped me get hooked up with the right people to get a more permanent fix down the road. He also knew that my insurance wouldn’t pay for a cleaning, ExRay’s and this emergency fix, so he didn’t charge me. His wonderful book keeper helped me to figure out a plan to get all my work done at my pace and about half of what I would have to pay somewhere else. Their hygeneist was super gentle too! Thank you Dr Albrechtsen to you and your Amazing team ! You are all truly wonderful!! I really had a great time!
They did an amazing job talking to me through my time there. Explaining what they saw and what they were doing. I brought my baby and was so worried he was just going to cry the whole time. A wonderful receptionist came and walked him around and made me feel so much better. This made a huge difference as a mom that has to take their baby with them. Can’t express how grateful I was.
Wonderful staff from the reception desk, dental assistant - Lizzy, hygienist-Tess, to Dr. Allen himself. Even the staff member who received my payment at the end was friendly and attentive. I’ve had great dental care in the past and this office rates right up there! So happy my experience and will definitely be coming back.
