Parris RV Payson

Working with everyone at Parris in Payson was wonderful. Steve our sales rep was helpful and diligent in answering all our questions, even when may of them were over text and online messages. He made the trip out to verify multiple questions we had with his own eyes and check over the RV to make sure the maintenance group looked over everything. He wasn't pushy, just helpful. He was great! On pick up day the technician who did our walk through was patient and answered all our questions. When we needed added help with a few other fixes he was on it and made sure everything was in order and that we were totally comfortable before we drove off the lot. Working with the finance officer was the final great experience. He was detailed and clear with everything. The overall atmosphere here was so great and it was a busy hectic day with quite a few RVs going out that day but everyone way kind and acknowledged us even as we waited. The staff here are top notch and will go the extra mile for you!

He was very knowledgeable about the trailers, took the time to explain all the details, and answered every question we had.
