What reviewers mention · AI summary
Parris RV's sales and finance teams earn consistent praise for knowledgeable, pressure-free service and transparency, with several customers noting willingness to go the extra mile. However, the service department has a serious weakness: one customer reported a brand-new trailer left in service for a month with only one of roughly ten warranty issues addressed, unresponsive management, and damage that worsened after purchase—a stark contrast to the sales experience. With a 4.1 aggregate across 431 reviews, the sales side appears genuinely strong, but potential buyers should carefully evaluate the warranty and service department before committing to a purchase.

More people now ask an AI assistant who to call. Sites that spell out who they are and where they work in a form machines can read are easier for search and AI to get right. Source: The business's own website and its robots.txt.
What this score doesn't tell you
We don't measure the quality of the work itself, what a job will cost, or whether a business is licensed and insured. Ask for proof of license and insurance before you hire anyone, and get more than one quote.
