Customer Reviews
Could not be happier with our pool building experience. We were hesitant building a pool based on some of the stories we heard. We also had the concern of not living at this home full time overseeing the construction. However, during our initial consultaion, we met with Andy, relieving our concerns and answering a million questions which made the decision so much easier. Other contractors we recieved quoted from told us what we needed, Andy asked what we were trying to accomplish, educated us on our options, let us make the decision and built our estimate from there. We couldn't send our deposit fast enough. Competitively priced and most importantly the confidence and education he gave us during the estimating process is what solidified our decision. The process is well thought out, from the permit, first day of digging to the final inspection. These guys know what they are doing and have it down. The construction team is just as friendly and knowledgeable. We are very particular and a bit obsessive over the details, (Apologies to Kimball and Chris), but again they all exceeded expectations at every step. Even when there wasn't great news they somehow made it easy on us. (Might have been Chris' accent). They keep the quality in check by having their own teams, not using a lot of sub contractors, which was high on my list. Transparent and honest every step of the way. Andy and Chris showed up on the city's final inspection day with a pool bag, towels, and matching hydroflasks. Pools are a huge investment, chose wisely, highly recommending New Wave for your pool build.
Josh and Andy have been incredibly knowledgeable and supportive throughout the construction of our beautiful new home. Any time we've called Josh he always responded and took care of everything! With my husband owning a business in the construction industry for over 35 years he says there is nobody better than those two and their team of amazing subs! We recommend them to everyone! Thanks Josh and Andy and all the amazing subs we love our new home!
We have thoroughly enjoyed on creating a home that we will cherish for many years. Thank you to the New Wave Construction Team for their constant attention to details and creating a beautiful retreat!
