I had a great experience at Mr. Shabu! The food was delicious, and the atmosphere made the meal feel like an experience rather than just dinner. It was my first time trying this style of dining, and I ended up trying foods I probably wouldn't have ordered otherwise. It was a fun way to step outside my comfort zone. My only minor complaint was that the service was a little slow at times, but everyone was friendly, and it didn't take away from the overall experience. I'd definitely come back and would recommend it to anyone looking to try something different.
Had a fantastic lunch here today!!! The service was absolutely incredible! The tables and booth seats were very clean and tidy! The menues are very useful for anyone doing hot pot for the fist time! The veggie bar had a wide selection of noodles, veggies, seafood, sauces, etc. The appetizers were also incredible and came out super fast! I ordered the spicy broth and it was cery flavorful and not overly spicy! The bathrooms were fairly clean and handicapped accessible. Our server was so kind and friendly and was always there if we needed a refill or to clear empty dishes! I've been to a ton of hot pots and this one is definitely up there in ratings! I will absolutely be going back! This location also has cheaper prices than most other hot pots around.
Our new favorite all you can eat sushi place in Utah. Our group of four shared about 12 rolls. 10 of them were absolutely delicious. That percentage is unheard of in my experience at AYCE sushi places. I couldn't say which was my favorite. They were all so good. Unlike many AYCE places, each roll had a distinct flavor, and the presentation was impeccable. And don't forget, this place has AYCE Shabu also. It's a separate charge. $31.00 for either AYCE sushi or shabu. $62.00 for both. But who could eat both? The shabu would be a fun date experience, but the sushi is where it's at. We'll definitely be return customers!
