What reviewers mention · AI summary
Layton Hills Dental Care earns consistent praise for skilled dentists (particularly Dr. Harrison and Dr. Neville) and attentive hygienists who make patients comfortable, along with helpful text reminders and reasonable pricing. However, a meaningful number of reviews flag front-office staff professionalism as a real issue—ranging from rudeness and scheduling confusion to poor communication and lack of accountability when appointments don't run as planned. The clinical care appears strong, but administrative inconsistencies have frustrated some patients enough to consider leaving.
