I would give more stars if I could. Jones Paint and Glass in Payson has been outstanding. I am part of a non-profit and we have hired JPG to replace windows in a handful of homes. Great quality, great price and excellent people on their team, led by Michael Hunter who is outstanding. The customer service people, like Emalee Atkinson and Olivia Frutos, have taken care of me. They are friendly and easy to communicate with. They do what they say they will do and follow up on issues that come up. We have also always had very positive comments about the JPG employees who come to the homes to estimate and install the windows. Great company to work with!!
I came in on a Saturday afternoon and received quick and thorough help. I’m a first time homeowner who was repairing scuffs and holes in the wall from the previous owner, and fortunately there was paint left over from the builders… I wasn’t sure if it would be “good” but after review it was deemed to be adequate to paint! I was given good advice on which tools to use & my job did really well! They shook my paint can to ensure that it looked good, which is what I was hoping for, but unsure if it would be possible. Friendly & knowledgeable staff!
JPG in Payson has a good setup. Location is easy to get to. The best part is working with Heather. I followed her from the Provo store. She is professional and fun to work with.
