We went the other day to get some drinks and a snack before going on a trip, I had my sister and brother in law with me, I ordered for me and my daughter first then bil and sil ordered separately from me, but they got their drinks and food, so I waited, maybe they forgot, yeah 2 other people inside got served quite fast and one in the drive thru. and I sat for 30 minutes waiting until my sister in law finally asked them and they said “my ticket was lost”.
