What reviewers mention · AI summary
ERTH SPA has earned strong ratings largely on the strength of its staff expertise and therapeutic quality, particularly praise for masseur Rachel and the overall relaxation circuit experience. The cold plunge, sauna, red light therapy, and specialized amenities like PEMF mats and menthol nose rings receive consistent appreciation from visitors. A small number of reviews note operational friction—disjointed facility layout, crowding in common areas, and communication delays—though these appear to be exceptions rather than the norm across the 208 total reviews.
