I found the owners Dan and Lakota to be very professional! They explained the benefits and drawbacks of the two vehicles I was interested in! They did not pressure me at all and were very happy to provide a printed car fax for me. The test drive was informative as Lakota knew quite a bit about the model we were driving. The negotiation was smooth and we settled on a price that we both felt was fair. The paperwork was done rather quickly and explained thoroughly. When I went to the Credit Union they said they had had good experience with this dealership and customers spoke highly of them! I would definitely purchase from them again and I would recommend them to friends and family!
I meant to do this review earlier so this is actually a few weeks after the fact but I bought a 2011 Tundra from this lot and had a fantastic experience. We agreed on a very fair price, and the dealer went above and beyond to make the process smooth. He completely supported me taking the truck for a pre-purchase inspection and even took care of a cosmetic repair we negotiated prior to the sale. To handle the repair, I put down a $500 deposit, and he explicitly told me that if the final work didn't meet my standards, he would fully refund it no questions asked. He held the truck for about a week and a half while the work was completed and the inspections took place. The work exceeded expectations and pre buyers inspection came back great. He is a highly ethical, honest, and stand-up guy. I highly recommend this dealership
