Sumi did a great job! I had a great experience with the treatment itself; she was very knowledgeable, took great care of my comfortability, and did a thorough job. However, I was offered an add-on service during the appointment without being told there was an extra fee. I ended up paying more than I planned, so I’d recommend double-checking prices for any suggestions made mid-service. Good results, but I wish the pricing had been more transparent.
