Counseling & Treatment Center of Utah has been a cornerstone of mental health care in Springville, UT, serving residents of Utah County and neighboring communities including Provo, Spanish Fork, and Mapleton. Under the direction of Dr. Rick Biesinger, Psy.D., NCC, the clinic specializes in evidence-based treatment for all age groups—children, adolescents, and adults. Services span individual, family, marriage, and group counseling, plus comprehensive psychological evaluations covering court-ordered, diagnostic, learning disability, autism, neuropsychological, parental fitness, and psychosexual assessments. The center is one of Utah's few outpatient practices to offer FDA-approved Transcranial Magnetic Stimulation (TMS) therapy for depression and OCD, as well as neurofeedback to regulate brain waves for anxiety, ADHD, mood disorders, and sleep difficulties. Virtual telehealth sessions are also available. The team uses only evidence-based approaches and works to teach clients lasting skills. With in-person and online options, the clinic is committed to accessibility and confidentiality for every client.
