Rich is great. Very friendly, honest, knows his stuff. Couldn't recommend more. If you need an electrician, this is who you should call, for sure.
Our outside TV installer recommended Rich owner of Blackout Electric to install our permanent power for our outside TV. Rich came out yesterday to discuss with us where to put the outlet. After discussing different options, and i wanted the wiring hid, Rich said he could tap into power from our smoke detector in our family room and run power cable above the ceiling to our outside wall and down an existing pipe to our pool covers switch and run power and put an outlet behind the TV. Rich and team came today and installed it and it looks GREAT! I highly recommend Rich and his team. PS.. I pulled out the TV to show the power outlet. When I push it back, you don't see the outlet.
Rich is stellar, both in service and communication. He was very prompt, courteous and considerate of our needs and desired outcomes. He gave us a couple solutions and looked into a couple extra issues we'd had with wiring in our kitchen. Problem was solved quick and confidently, and the work is top notch.
