The people showing up were very kind and respectful. It was like a precision surgery, they put floor mats to protect my stairs and floor that wasn't being cut into. Put up a plastic wall to minimize dust. They worked hard and got the job done in a seemingly timely manner. Everything got repaired and looked exceptional. Very happy with the service. Kitchen sink backed up. Original piping had a negative slope leading to the main drain. Also fixed the lines from my water heater.
J. was super amazing, friendly, and knowledgeable. He informed us on our outdated breakers, GFI’s, and smoke detectors and recommended that they all be replaced. He never pressured us in any discussion that we made and educated us on what might happen later down the road. He was super professional and very polite to answer our questions if we had any (which was a lot). J. probably even helped us get some extra life out of our AC unit that was wired incorrectly. It was amazing to see him do so much work all in 1 day! 5 stars doesn’t even come close to the amazing experience I had today!
