I have been going to ZMW for about 2 months now, and my body feels better than it has in years- my joints even look healthier. Missy is the undisputed GOAT and will always watch to be sure your body is in alignment during Pilates classes, Kellan’s massage techniques help you release blocks/tensions. The studio itself is beautiful and has great energy! Missy and Kellan are healers, we are truly fortunate to have them here in Hurricane.
We came with a group of 7 of us on a girls trip and had such an amazing experience with their Pilates, Kundalini and a sound healing. Melissa was absolutely incredible and had such a good energy and way about her. The class was challenging just in the right way. We left feeling very re-energized and full. Thank you so much!
Stayed in Hurricane for a month, tried this little cosy work out place! Very warm, inviting, very friendly group of peeps. I took a Pilates class, it was amazing work out, also wellness class on Sunday morning which was very enlighten class, learned new yoga, breathing techniques.
