Customer Reviews
They had a pretty comfortable waiting room. Once we went back to see the doctor the room was also very nice with a big window. Aswell as some good music playing it was a little quiet. Although I will say the wait for the doctor was dreadfully long. But he did explain everything clearly once he arrived.
I am autistic and have a very Severe anxiety disorder. Dr. Wong and his assistant were so kind and accommodating for me. They turned down the lights and kept me informed and treated me so kindly. The dentist is one of my biggest fears and they helped me immensely with my anxiety. I would recommend them to everyone I know!! Kindest people here 🖤🖤🖤
Amazing dental work! Dr Workman did beautiful work on my teeth. He's very quick and thorough. The staff is super friendly and professional. They really listened to me. I highly recommend this dental office

What reviewers mention · AI summary
Young Family Dental West Jordan maintains a 4.6-star rating across 938 reviews, reflecting generally positive patient experiences. Patients frequently praise the dentists' clinical skill and the staff's kindness, particularly with anxious or special-needs patients, though a small number of reviews mention billing complications—specifically issues with insurance prior authorization that resulted in unexpected costs. A handful of reviews also note occasional lengthy wait times and rare cases of treatment concerns, but these appear uncommon relative to the overall satisfaction level.
