Customer Reviews
Valley Plumbing & HVAC did a great job today taking care of capping an interior gas line. David Reyes was an awesome, friendly, and professional tech at giving us a bid, explaining the options, and completing the quality work. Thanks, David! I would highly recommend Valley to all my friends, family , and neighbors.
Mike was a great tech. He was super helpful. I wish Alex would stop giving him such a hard time and let him do his thing. He was amazing. Everyone has been amazing. We will always use them.
My renters text me early this morning with no AC. They were not able to sleep all night because of the heat. It was 81 degrees downstairs and even hotter upstairs. I found Valley plumbing heating and cooling by an AI search; they came up with the best reviews. I called and was assured they could have a technician out that morning. Kevin called my renter and text me to keep me in the loop that he was arriving soon. Soon afterward, Kevin called with good news. It was only the capacitor to the fan/compressor unit that needed to be replaced. I was very impressed and happy to have a company I trust and will call again with any issues. He also went the extra mile to show my renters how to use the dishwasher by making sure it clicked shut to start it. He is very helpful and I really appreciated his willingness to address their confusion. This is the kind of customer service that is to be recognized!!!
