What reviewers mention · AI summary
The Kura Door is highly regarded for its spa amenities, peaceful atmosphere, and skilled massage and facial therapists, with most customers praising the quality of services and facility features like saunas, steam rooms, and relaxation areas. The experience is consistently described as luxurious and worth returning to, particularly for facials, scalp treatments, and the Japanese soaking baths. A small number of reviews note that massages can feel inconsistent or underwhelming relative to the price point, and one customer mentioned difficulty reaching staff by phone (though email response was prompt). Overall, it's a popular destination for spa days, though those prioritizing massage quality alone may find better value elsewhere in the valley.
