I have had the best experience with Dr. Yates. He really goes above and beyond to make sure you are comfortable and happy. He takes his time and it doesn’t feel like you are being rushed through the office. He is far from my home, but worth the drive for me!
Love Swan Smiles!!! We go for dental care as well as for orthodontics! There’s no where else to look. I’d recommend Dr. Swan and his team to all my friends and family!
Would be great if they ever answered the phone! My wife has been referred to here Swan dental, she needs a extraction of a wisdom tooth! That is causing her an extremely great amount of pain and she's dealt with this pain for over a year now. And now its a point to unbearable, so we went to two different dental offices now each of them refered to other now other referred to swan to get it taken care of? Because apparently the others aren't fit or supplied to do so. But getting a phone called answered, impossible! My wife has called 2-3 times leaving voicemails to have them call back and schedule, and nothing! Ive now called of course no answer or immediate voicemail sent. Ive now left a voicemail hopefully they will reach out this time! Because she has been referred here. And we dont know what else to do? AND SHE IS IN A INCREDIBLE AMOUNT OF PAIN PLEASE HELP!! *(UPDATE) dr. Swan has reached out to us personally! Now, thank you so much! Looking forward to our visit, and having my wife back to herself. It has been extremely hard for her with the pain, but hard for me to see her in pain, as well as care for our children sometimes alone because she's in so much pain at times, THANK YOU! dr. Swan for personally reaching out. We are both extremely excited and happy that she will be putting this daily pain behind her.
