Customer Reviews
Scarlett and Debbie were so kind and helpful. 5 stars for their efforts as I am not sure what the ultimate resolution will entail 😉 I appreciate the time they took to assist me with my issues. Amazing staff and btw I love the Essential travel set!
I ordered an outfit from SexyModest Boutique. Upon arrival I realized I needed a different size. When I contacted the company, I was connected with Melissa. She has been extremely responsive and has helped me with my exchange. I am amazed at the level of communication! It's nice in this day and age to get such great service from an actual person, and so quickly! I will add to my review when I receive the new item, looking forward to the exchange.
Comfortable and good quality clothes. Aubri was great and super helpful when an order didn't color match. She was great, but SMB, if your colors don't fully match each other, just rename them. It's no big deal to have more than one green color. Just note, all greens are called "olive" but they don't all necessarily have the same color. If they had called one "olive" and one "forest" or "moss" then it would be easier to create outfits.

What reviewers mention · AI summary
SexyModest Boutique earns near-universal praise from its 10,000+ customers, with strengths in comfortable, high-quality essentials—particularly the travel sets—and exceptionally responsive, helpful staff. Most reviews highlight the clothes' comfort and durability, though a few note that sizing runs small and pants are notably long, and color consistency between items labeled the same shade can vary. A small number of customers report slower-than-advertised shipping and frustration with the return process, including customer-paid return shipping, though staff responsiveness when issues arise is consistently mentioned as a bright spot.
