Dr. Bates and the entire staff truly made me feel comfortable and welcome! They took the time to explain everything to me so that I understood and that together we could make the best decision going forward. Thank you all and I look forward to becoming a permanent patient!
This is an amazing place . The staff is simply delightful . Dr Bates pulled 2 of my teeth with no problems . He kept asking me if the sedation was good and if I was numb enough. If I was comfortable . And then bam something that should have taken 45 mins or longer was done in 20-25 mins . I am home and the pain is minimal . I would suggest this place to everyone .
I had a great experience today at this dental office. The doctor was very kind, professional, and took the time to explain everything clearly. Everyone in the office was friendly, patient, and welcoming. They made me feel comfortable throughout my visit, and I truly appreciated their excellent care. I highly recommend dental office!
