ROI Construction

Alan and his crew at ROI Construction do high quality work and are a pleasure to work with. They did a driveway extension and a nice outdoor patio area for us several years ago, and we hired them again to renovate two bathrooms in our home just recently. Everything turned out beautifully, and Alan helped us to envision some options that we hadn’t considered before. It was the perfect balance of listening to what we wanted and helping us improve it with a few suggestions. We highly recommend this company.

My spouse and I have lived in our Sandy home for almost 40 years. Our basement had been poorly constructed by the previous owner and over the years it had become a dark dumping ground that we used only for storage or laundry. Lately I had been asking everyone I knew for a contractor recommendation, and Alan Mendoza and R.O.I. Construction Utah was mentioned to me. After having poor previous experiences with contractors I was concerned before we initially met, but a few minutes’ in-person discussion with Alan was all it took for me to want to work with Alan and his crew. Alan asked exactly what I wanted and no matter how difficult he always made everything work. Any time there was a problem he quickly figured out a solution. In the end he completely remodeled our entire basement and an upstairs bathroom. Then in the kitchen he installed a new granite countertop with new sink, backsplash and under-cabinet lighting. We are extremely pleased with all the beautiful work that was done. It’s actually beyond anything that we had hoped for. Alan and his crew are very professional, experienced, and a real pleasure to work with. We highly recommend Alan Mendoza and R.O.I. Construction Utah. M.E., Sandy Utah

ROI Construction was such a pleasure to work with. They remodeled a bathroom in our home in 8 weeks! The owner Alan Mendoza and his team were excellent communicators. They were thorough in their planning and execution of the work. The quality of their work is also very high - i.e. insistence on doing things the right way rather than just the shortcut way (which is why we needed a remodel in the first place). We have done a few remodels in the past and this was by far the smoothest, with the best contractor. We are recommending them to all our friends who need a contractor.
