Customer Reviews
When we discovered a water problem in our basement to be a plumbing issue, I called Rare Breed Plumbing, and I couldn't be more impressed with their service! They sent someone out the very next day to inspect the issue. And after learning we had to shut down the water coming into the house, they managed to send their Service Experts to work on it the next day and have the job completely done within the day. A huge thank you to Jesse, Thor, and Colson! They were professional, efficient, and super easy to work with from start to finish. Finding unexpected water issues is always stressful, but this team handled everything seamlessly and gave us complete peace of mind. If you need fast, reliable, top-notch plumbing work, I highly recommend Rare Breed Plumbing!
I highly recommend Chandler and his team for any plumbing work. What started as a routine bathtub faucet repair quickly turned into a much more difficult job than anyone expected. Chandler remained professional, patient, and determined throughout the entire process, taking the time to troubleshoot the issue rather than rushing to a temporary fix. When the repair proved more challenging, his supervisor, Court, came out to assist. It was clear they genuinely cared about getting the job done right, not just getting the job done quickly. Together they worked through the problem, communicated clearly, and ultimately completed a quality repair. It's refreshing to work with professionals who stand behind their work and are willing to go the extra mile when unexpected complications arise. I would absolutely recommend Chandler, Court, and their team to anyone looking for honest, knowledgeable, and dependable plumbers.
We’ve worked with Rare Breed a few times, and every experience has been exceptional. They always take the time to listen to our concerns and make us feel heard. I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend them to anyone. A special shout-out to Christa in the office—she’s always so pleasant, friendly, and helpful. From the first phone call to the completion of the job, the communication and customer service have been outstanding. It’s rare to have such a great experience from start to finish. Thank you, Rare Breed!
