Customer Reviews
Owner is great whenever I was buying a new or used vehicle I would stop in and have take a look at it before making my final decision. Also fixed some things on my friends truck and his price was lower than 2 other places and he done a great job.
I’ve been a loyal customer of Provo Car Medic since 2018. The team has always been incredibly attentive and polite during all my visits. Receptionist Maidana, in particular, stands out for her excellent service, always welcoming and helpful. They have an amazing patience in explaining the issues with the cars I’ve brought over the years, and most importantly, they’ve always managed to fix the problems efficiently and professionally. I highly recommend their services to all my friends.

What reviewers mention · AI summary
Provo Car Medic has a solid 4.5-star rating across 288 reviews, with many customers praising fair pricing, quality repairs, and knowledgeable service—particularly for pre-purchase inspections and complex diagnostic work. However, a recurring concern appears in reviews: unauthorized work performed without clear customer consent, including parts ordered or services completed that customers explicitly declined, sometimes resulting in unexpected charges. While most customers report positive experiences, a small number describe serious issues including diagnostic errors, inflated quotes, and difficulty getting refunds for unwanted work.
