Had such a great experience visiting this office for the first time! The staff was friendly and accommodating to all five of my kids coming for cleanings at once. They did a thorough job and addressed all the concerns I had. The kids were thrilled there were TVs to watch during the cleaning! Highly recommend.
While traveling from southern California we found ourselves staying a few weeks in the Heber Valley area. My partner had a denture break and needed a qualified dental office to look at it and possibly fix the situation. We called several offices around Heber City and finally The Prince Dental Group in Midway. Both offices we called in Heber City wouldn’t even look at our problem but The Prince Dental Group was totally different. They were very nice over the phone and were able to get us in within 2 hours. We found the office to be well staffed, pleasant, and the nicest professionals ever. Our dentist listened and then said “no problem”. He went to work and within 30 minutes we were fixed and on our way. It’s not often you find a professional business like this one that is willing to at least look at your issue. We plan to both be in the area yearly during the summer months and both will be using The Prince Dental Group for all our dental needs.
Friendly, professional and efficient staff. Front office, Ally greeted me with a smile and an energetic hello. Breanne was my hygienist who was down to earth and did a fantastic job cleaning my teeth and explaining what she was doing. The dentist was very quiet/reserved but kind.
