I had an amazing time came during spar night for the first time on a Monday and he was very professional to be around kept everyone calm and composed made sure we all were learning somthing and I’ll definitely be back again this coach was great very talented and wise
I started about two weeks ago and I have really been enjoying my time here! Sean is a great coach and the environment he has made is very welcoming. The whole place is always organized and clean it feels homey.
This float tank is different it helps with back pain and all sorts of things it makes you feel like your floating in soace relaxing to calm frequinces. Not only this tank is great but everything else about this place and my coach sean and all the people are awesome!
