What reviewers mention · AI summary
Platinum Dental has a strong 4.6-star rating across 923 reviews, indicating most patients are satisfied with clinical care and staff friendliness. However, multiple reviews raise consistent concerns about billing practices—including surprise charges for x-rays, unclear upfront costs, and difficulty reaching billing staff—along with complaints about inflated treatment recommendations that didn't hold up to second opinions. A small number of reviews also mention office aesthetics and quality concerns with certain appliances.
