This place is fantastic!! Wonderful vibe. Great small town energy. Excellent food. I think I found a new road trip must stop! We tried the French dip sandwich, and it is honestly one of the best i have ever had. We also tried some breakfast. Amanda's Burrito it insanely delicious. This monster is smoothed in the most delicious green chillie , and house sauce. The service was also incredible. Our server, Shea, was incredible. All in all, this place gets a 10/10!
The Mirror Lake Diner has an incredible menu and a great caring team that works together to ensure that you have the best experience! The breakfast was delicious. As it was my first time in Utah- the friendly owner came by with some brochures and great tips for visiting this gorgeous region. Highly recommend and wish I had a great place like this where I live in NY
After camping nearby, me and my family decided to eat here. It was very good, it has very recognizable American breakfast items. And if you've been through many diners, you may expect things to be very much the same. But that is not the case, they have a lot of typical items with their own personal twist. I enjoyed their Monte Cristo sandwich and even got to enjoy their Utah scones with honey cinnamon butter. I highly recommend.
