What reviewers mention · AI summary
Heber Valley Dental has a 4.9-star rating across over 500 reviews, indicating consistently strong patient satisfaction. Customers frequently praise the friendly, welcoming staff, clear communication during procedures, and ability to handle emergency appointments quickly. A small number of reviews raise concerns about billing transparency and treatment recommendations, particularly around the use of AI diagnostics—one patient felt pressured toward a costly crown when another dentist recommended a filling, and another experienced a billing overcharge with slow resolution from the office.
