Customer Reviews
First time here the other day and it was great! Never thought a crew can get all along and work well together. Alondra did a good job!!
I was a bit nervous coming in due my teeth not being the best condition. But after my cleaning with lennell, she made me feel so comfortable and was very gentle! Alondra was also very nice and patient!
I had a great experience with Lennell. I was a bit self-conscious about my teeth, since they are not in the best condition, but Lennell made me feel comfortable and respected as a patient. She helped me regain confidence by explaining that my oral health can improve and walking me through the process. She took her time during my dental cleaning and never made me feel rushed. Most importantly, she showed genuine care and a human touch that made a big difference. She is truly an excellent professional. I will definitely be coming back and recommending her to my friends.

What reviewers mention · AI summary
Genesis Dental of West Valley earns consistently high marks for its team's gentleness, patience, and genuine care with patients—particularly staff members Lennell and Alondra, who are frequently praised for making nervous or self-conscious patients feel comfortable and for taking time to explain procedures. The practice maintains a 4.9 rating across over 1,400 reviews, reflecting strong overall satisfaction with both clinical care and the friendliness of the office environment. One patient reported a negative experience involving a dentist's dismissive response to a legitimate pain-management request during an emergency visit, though this appears isolated among the broader feedback.
