Customer Reviews
I had an excellent experience at Doug’s Shoot’n Sports in Salt Lake City. Everyone I interacted with was friendly and welcoming, and the range itself was modern, and well maintained. I worked with Burgess, who was absolutely fantastic. He took the time to walk me through the basics, proper operation, and safety procedures, and he was extremely knowledgeable, patient, and helpful throughout the entire experience. One of the highlights was having the opportunity to fire a fully automatic rifle under Burgess’s instruction. It was an incredible experience, and his guidance made me feel comfortable and confident the entire time. I would highly recommend Doug’s Shooting Sports, especially if you’re interested in trying out their rentals or want knowledgeable instruction. If you get the chance to work with Burgess, you’ll be in great hands. I’ll definitely be back!
We haven’t been to a shooting range in a long time, so we decided to go to Doug’s. These guys are the absolute best! We were celebrating a birthday and made it there just in time. They were already closing up while we were shooting our last few rounds, but they never rushed us or made us feel like we needed to hurry. Instead, they let us enjoy the moment and helped make this birthday a successful and truly memorable day! Dave, thank you for going above and beyond and allowing us to enjoy such a wonderful day. We truly appreciate your welcoming hospitality and the way you treated us. We will definitely be returning. You’ve gained yourself some long-term, loyal customers! 🙌🏽🎉 Thank you again, Doug’s! You guys are the best!
Brandon gave us outstanding service. We came to the store because we wanted to try shooting a few firearms while we were visiting the country, and it turned out to be a fantastic experience. He explained everything clearly and answered all of our questions. Even if we didn’t understand something at first, he was patient and made sure we felt comfortable and knew exactly what to do. On top of that, renting a firearm was very affordable. We highly recommend this place, especially if you’re looking for a safe, professional, and enjoyable experience.
