Customer Reviews
They’re not the cheapest auto repair shop, but they will never skimp on quality! They’re also very straightforward with what they believe you need replaced (by providing pictures and explanations of how often a certain part should be replaced or inspected), while putting no pressure on you to accept a service. I really liked that they basically sent me a form with pictures explaining what I will need replaced soon and why, as well as how much each service (combined price of parts+labor) would cost. I was pleased that they communicated over text so that I could approve more work to be done without having to call them or go in to see them so that my car would still be ready when I went to go pick it up. I got a full synthetic oil change and they had no problem with how particular I was with the type of oil I wanted them to use. They did explain that it would be more expensive, and confirmed I would be okay with that before proceeding. They do offer transport while you leave your car there, but I would confirm by calling them beforehand if you need it. I did sign up for it, but decided I would walk instead, but they didn’t mention it all. I have no idea if it would cost extra… maybe it depends on the distance you have to travel? Overall, very pleased and didn’t waste any time doing the work I needed! Go here if you love your car!
Took it for an inspection of specific places on my truck, but ended up getting a full inspection done for free. Had about $3000 worth of repairs. They gave me was was priority and what was not. I ended up getting it all done but that’s still great to have feedback. They send you a full inspection report to your email too. They were super understanding when I looked stressed out over the repair amount. Parker was great. They even offer free rides back home, to school etc. Love these guys!
Amazing shop! They got me in same day and preformed a quick oil change and tire rotation. Cory and Lynn were very friendly and helped get my Mazda set up right in no time at all.
