Customer Reviews
Colby is incredible to work with and very knowledgeable. He is communicative and gets the job done in a timely matter. He does a great job and is my go to for our hotel that has extensive hvac units.
Colby came and disconnected my heat pump unit, while I replaced some siding. Then when I finished he came back and reconnected it, installing the tubing and lines into a much cleaner better looking instalation. Would highly recommend.
Colby and his brothers are the best we have ever used for our 9 rental tiny house units. We use AirPro for all maintenance, repair and replacement. I have a Carrier exterior unit on my house with a fan unit under my house m. Another HVAC unit contractor told me I would need a full replacement of my exterior and interior units for my home. This was the year before i met Colby and his brother. A friend of mine recommended him because tbey had a good experience with Colby. I csn still see his smile as he came out from under my home. He said it was quite common for the $89 fan switch to blow out. He was out of the switch and replaced it. Problem solved. Even better. Really. My wife wanted more first floor duct work in our home. Colby quoted $1000 for the duct work. When they finished he looked at me and said it was too easy to run the ducts and tried to charge me only $600. My wife’s family owns third generation Sanborn Heating and Air in Redlands, California. Help these youbg men build their business. I love these guys. Frank Venutii

What reviewers mention · AI summary
Air Pro Solutions has a 4.9 rating across 28 reviews, and customers consistently praise owner Colby and his team for knowledgeable, communicative service and fair pricing—several reviewers mention being charged less than quoted when the job proved simpler than expected. The business handles HVAC maintenance, repairs, and replacements for both residential and commercial clients, including property management companies with multiple units. One customer reported that improper line insulation removal during an AC installation caused condensation problems in their walls, though this appears to be an isolated concern in an otherwise highly-rated business.
