Customer Reviews
I would suggest EVERYONE to go to Dr. Feringa. I have not once in my life been treated with as much care and consideration as I was here at the sugar house dentist. Everything that the dental assistants and Dr. Feringa does is done with great precision and care. Could not recommend this office enough!
Wow! I’m new to the area, and I know how hard it is to find a good dentist but I just had to share how lucky I am for choosing these guys. Professional, kind, gentle and timely. From the call to the cleaning to the fixed chipped tooth this team is on the ball. A big thank you and I’m happy you are my dentist and teeth team!
I cannot say enough good things about The Sugar House Dentist. I’m currently in Salt Lake City helping my dad through surgery, and of course, my veneer decided to fall off at the worst possible time. Dental issues are stressful enough, but dealing with one while traveling for family reasons felt overwhelming. From the very first phone call, Liz at the front desk was incredibly kind, calm, and reassuring. She listened, understood the urgency, and was able to get me in the very next day. That alone was such a gift during an already stressful week. When I arrived, the entire team was welcoming and professional. The quality of care was truly outstanding. The repair was done beautifully and efficiently, and I felt completely confident in the dentist’s skill and attention to detail. What could have been a frustrating experience turned into one that was smooth, positive, and surprisingly comforting. I’m so grateful for how easy they made everything. If you’re looking for exceptional dental care with a genuinely caring team, I highly recommend The Sugar House Dentist.

What reviewers mention · AI summary
The Sugar House Dentist earns strong, consistent praise across hundreds of reviews, with patients regularly commending the clinical skill, gentleness, and genuine care of the team—particularly Dr. Feringa and Dr. Theurer—along with responsive scheduling and a welcoming front desk. A small number of longer-term patients have reported significant frustration with provider scheduling practices and staff interactions, including difficulty maintaining continuity of care after staff changes; one such review suggests potential care gaps and financial concerns. Most patients describe efficient, professional service and feel genuinely valued during their visits.
