Customer Reviews
Our family loves this place. We just had our daughters 11 birthday party here. The girls loved it.
Nice place to stay indoor and get sweat during cold season. They have all the facilities here with great price. The staffs here are friendly and welcoming. If you are here for short time, you can use $6.50 day pass to enter. Variation of usage like basketball, pickleball, gym, spin, swimming pool, and many more.
Seriously, we have so much fun here! We don’t live in Utah, but we visit Provo Rec every time we come into Utah to see family!! This time the outdoor slides and wave pool were completed and up and running!!! Indoors they have a floating river, rock climbing, lap swimming, hot tub, kiddie play pool, dive pool, instruction pool. Outdoors they have a covered area (thank you!!), wave pool, water slides and another kiddie play pool. There are so many youth lifeguards, you’ll be safe no matter where you go! The changing room is for families… with private rooms for showering, changing and using the toilet. If you need a lock for your locker, they will be happy to provide you one in exchange for your license. I haven’t mentioned the gym… because I didn’t look around up there, but my teen boys loved it. Also basketball courts… and much more. For only $5.50 for the day!!!

What reviewers mention · AI summary
Provo Recreation Center earns strong satisfaction with an extensive range of amenities—pools, gym, rock climbing, basketball courts, racquetball, and more—at affordable day rates, with many families returning repeatedly. Staff are generally friendly and facilities are well-maintained, though a small number of reviews raise concerns about parental supervision policies and isolated incidents during swim lessons that warrant careful attention if enrolling young children. The facility's overall 4.6 rating across 2,281 reviews reflects a genuinely popular community resource with minor but real safety-related considerations worth noting.
