Magna Dental

I haven’t been to the dentist in a while, and it’s a pain finding a place that takes Medicaid. When I first called the lady on the phone was not very helpful and a little rude. LUCKILY I was transferred over to a girl named Elba, she was very kind, very helpful, and had no problem repeating things for me. she eased my anxiety so much:) I have not even been here yet but I had to leave a review. I wish making appointments was always this pleasant. Thank you Elba!

Great Experience with Magna dental!! It has been, very genuine & kind. Great with communication. Dr. Brad is awesome. I’ve had to have a lot of work done for cavities and more to be fixed. due to lack of care in childhood. Now that I’m taking it serious and I’ve been consistent. I really enjoy my dental appointments. Any other dentist I have went to was not an enjoyable experience and was treated with very condescending attitude. So I will definitely give Magna dental five stars. For understanding, compassion and communication :) thank you Magna dental! 🦷 ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

This was my first visit to Magna Dental. I have an irrational fear of dentists and it had been a long time since I had been to one. I shattered one of my molars and had to get it fixed. A friend told me about this office. I called Saturday morning hoping I could get an appointment and from the first contact (Elba) I knew that this was going to be a good place to go. I was able to get an appointment which was awesome and headed over. I cannot recommend this office highly enough. From the call to the checkin (Marissa) to Dr Dean and his assistant (Natalie), I was not ever nervous. I was in and out within an hour and had a temporary filling with no anxiety at all. Dr Dean was really helping in explaining what had happened and what needed to be done to fix it. If you are thinking about getting a dentist or switching from the one you have, you really need to give this office and it’s staff a chance because you will not regret it.
