I really appreciate the service I received from K&R. My AC went out mid July and I had contacted another company who after days of waiting for a part, decided they weren’t interested in doing my repair anymore and I had to start over. K&R was able to get here within a few hours of calling them, came and confirmed the original diagnosis, said they could hot wire my AC to work without the part while we were waiting for it so that I didn’t have to go more days without AC, and gave me multiple other helpful tips that I had never been told my the multiple other companies that had done service calls for us. I will be using them again next time I need help with my AC 👍🏻
These guys were great. Not only did they come quickly and fix the issue with our HVAC, they took the time to educate me as well to avoid future issues. Excellent work!
